The El Paso Municipal Courts will be publishing a list of names of those who have active warrants in the City of El Paso.

Please be aware that this is NOT AN AMNESTY PERIOD.

The list will be published on Sunday, February 23, 2014 in both the El Paso Times and El Diario Newspapers.  The list will also be posted online through the City of El Paso and El Paso Times websites.

There are approximately 100,000 people with active warrants with the Municipal Court.  Many have multiple warrants.  If these defendants would like to avoid having their names published, they can pay their warrants in full by Wednesday, February 12, 2014.  The public is encouraged to check to see if they have any warrants by visiting the city warrant search site.

People have an option of paying warrants online or in person at one of their convenient Bond Office locations throughout El Paso.Click for locations and hours
