An 18 year old who posed as a 12 year old to try and get into an elementary school has been sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Ricardo Lugo, the son of Randy Ray Wesson, the 29 year old who tried to pass Lugo off as a 12 year old to enroll in elementary school has been sentenced to 20 years in prison. Weeson tried putting his son in elementary school to get inside and have Lugo become friends with kids to try and get them lured in to become part of the child pornograhpy ring.

Lugo was sentenced to prison on Monday for indecency with a child and received 10 years of probation for possession with intent to promote child pornography. He was successfully enrolled in sixth grade at Hurst Hills Elementary school when documentation didn't add up and he was caught as an 18 year old posing as a 12 year old.

Lugo is scheduled to start his 20 years in prison Dec. 3.
