El Paso, It Is National Taffy Day, Find Out How You Can Score Some

Taffy Candy has been made and sold for many years and has become a favorite souvenir of thousands who take on vacations, as I have gathered helping 5 friends move this past month from Horizon City to the Westside or Clint to Northeast or Fabens to the Mission Valley, etc., I've come across TAFFY in ALL FIVE MOVES!

Salt Water Taffy was invented in 1883 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.  This BLESSING from the TAFFY GODS, is made with boiled sugar and buttà that is stretched and pulled until it is a chewy consistency and can be rolled and cut.  The flavors run from sweet to tart to buttery.  There is ALWAYS something for everyone!

Taffy's rainbow displays have made our palette's water for kids and adults alike for generations.  And, since today is also Lucky Penny Day, it was also one of the penny candies that once could be bought for a cent, or at least says my, Tìo Fedal.  Use #NationalTaffyDay to post on social media and show the WORLD that the 9-1-5 KNOWS TAFFY!
