El Paso High Ranked among ‘Most Beautiful’ in Texas

El Paso High School is being recognized for its architectural beauty again.

For the second year in a row, the driver education company Aceable has placed EPHS on its annual list of the Top 25 Most Beautiful High Schools in Texas.

“The Lady on the Hill,” as it’s affectionately known by its proud alumni, was the only El Paso school to make this year’s list.

Aceable had this to say about EPHS:

Nope, that’s not a Roman colosseum, but it is a battleground for the El Paso High Tigers. The stadium overlooks downtown El Paso and rests at the foot of the Franklin Mountains. This is one is an oldy but a goody. Dreamy, right?

EPHS is routinely singled out for its beauty and design, and this latest honor is but one in a long list of accolades for the century old Henry Trost-designed landmark.

In just the last couple of years alone it has received acclaim for being one of "The 14 Most Picturesque High School Campuses in the U.S." and was featured as the Lone Star State’s contribution to "The Most Beautiful Public High School in Every State in America".
