The flu season lasts until May, so if you think that you’ve missed the worst of a bad flu season, you’re lucky.

But if you want to get a flu shot to guard against getting the flu, we have some good news for you.

Centro San Vicente has over a thousand doses of the flu vaccine, and  starting today, they’ll be giving them away for free.

People ages 3 years and older are eligible to get the free flu vaccine.

Centro San Vicente is open from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m Monday-Thursday and from 8 a.m to 5 p.m. Fridays at 8061 Alameda.

They also have a clinic in San Elizario that is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 13017 Perico.

You can also get low cost flu shots at the City’s Department of Public Health if you have health insurance.

If your child is not covered by health insurance, they can get the flu vaccine for free.
