Its simple! First start off my polishing your nails with a matte white.

Next, simply chose a dark color, something with a good contrast and polish a side stripe down the same side of each nail. Next make swipes with a small brush or even cut a regular nail polish brush in half, swipe the remaining whit side as in the pic! Lastly, polish with a shiny top coat! there you go! A simple elegant nail design!
