Eastwood High Gym Makes ‘Best Gym in Texas’ Finals

Eastwood High School’s beautiful new gym could be named the best in Texas by week’s end, but it’s going to take a city-wide effort.

The winner of the tournament-style contest by the leading authority of Texas high school girls basketball, TXHSGBB.com, will be determined solely through online voting, so the only way to help the ultra-modern Ysleta Independent School District facility add another award to its trophy case is to vote below.

The 2,000-seat gymnasium was part of the $430 million bond the district received in 2015. It was completed just in time for the 2019-2020 school year.
