Dog Tied to Train Tracks by Owner [VIDEO]

Who would do such a cruel thing? A crazy old man!

A 78- year-old man tied this adorable poodle-terrier mix to train tracks in the California desert. The train engineer saved the puppie’s life after using the emergency brakes to stop the train just in time.

Charges will not be pursed to this unidentified man due to officials believing he was unaware of what he was doing. When they questioned this man, he seemed incredibly confused and said he didn’t know what else to do when his family didn’t want this puppy anymore.

This cute little puppy was taking into a shelter, given the nickname of “Banjo” and now awaits his new family!
