Brooke Mueller has reportedly called off a tentative custody agreement between her and Charlie Sheen. Yesterday (Thursday) Charlie tweeted that he and his estranged wife reached a verbal deal to restore their old custody arrangement. TMZ says the first term in the deal was that Charlie had to keep mum about the agreement. So now it looks like they'll be heading to court to fight over their twin boys.

She told the operator, quote, "I want out of this car and he won't let me!" Then she told her boyfriend, quote, "Are you gonna drop me off, 'cuz I have emergency on the phone." After some screaming and hyperventilating, Paula told the operator, quote, "He's dropping me off."
Police got in touch with Paula later and were told everything was fine. Her rep has since said "everything was worked out", and added, "Arguments with loved ones are often times heated."

IT COULD BE ON BETWEEN PENELOPE CRUZ AND EVA LONGORIA: According to the Enquirer, PENELOPE CRUZ has been urging younger brother Eduardo to dump EVA LONGORIA because she’s convinced Eva is just using him to try and get close to her and husband JAVIER BARDEM.
Eva has reportedly been pushing eEuardo to arrange get-togethers with Penelope and Javier, but Penelope’s not interested. The source says “Penelope has no desire to get friendly with Eva. And she wishes she'd leave her kid brother alone, too.” Their source goes on to say Penelope “believes Eva is nothing more than a fame-hungry, bad B-actress who’s only dating Eduardo in an effort to further her career.”
But, wait! There's more! Penelope, their source claims, doesn’t understand why her kid brother is “settling for a woman nearly 10 years older, especially one whose last marriage was such a spectacular failure.”
