LOHAN LUNACY: As expected, LINDSAY LOHAN rejected a plea deal yesterday that would have sent her to jail over that 25-hundred-dollar necklac, but the judge gave her two more weeks to think it over. If she kills the deal then, a preliminary hearing will begin in April.
If Lindsay does take the deal, she gets locked up. The judge says for a minimum of 60 days, but probably no longer than 90. But if she goes to trial and loses, she could get up to THREE YEARS.
Between now and March 25th, Lindsay's attorney will be working to secure a deal that does NOT include jail time, but up to this point she hasn't been successful in that regard.
The real news, however, is what Linds wore to court! This time she turned heads in a skin-tight taupe dress, black tights and patent heels ...

A source tells People magazine "it was completely mutual and they both decided it was time to move on" , while E! Online claims it was Justin's call, and Jessica is DEVASTATED.
The British newspaper the Daily Mail, gets more detailed. They're claiming the break up happened after a 'very awkward' birthday party. Jessica, they say, made a speech in front of guests at a surprise party she threw for Justin that appeared to embarrass him. According to their source, Jessica toasted Justin, talking about how they first started dating and how she felt like a 'stalker' outside his house. 'It was really awkward," the source says. "Justin's reaction was almost disrespectful. He just laughed it off."

It wouldn't be so shocking that Ash is moving on, except that the new guy is said to be a friend of her soon-to-be ex!!! But wait, it gets better ... the guy is signed to Pete's record label!!! According to the gossip site Celebitchy, In Touch claims its Ash that's been doing the pursuing.
A revenge romance, perhaps? If you recall, word on the street when this story first broke was that Ashlee was jealous of Pete's relationship with the super sexy lead singer of his new band.
CHARLIE'S SHEEN-ANIGANS: CHARLIE SHEEN'S house was raided by the LAPD last night after cops received a call he was threatening to hurt himself with a firearm, TMZ reports. (--He's not allowed to have any weapons as per the temporary restraining order filed by his estranged wife, Brooke Mueller.)
Charlie - who was not arrested and was cooperative during the search - was in his backyard chowing down on burgers with his lawyers and friends when the po-po showed up.

Charlie is claiming he was dumped not for "moral turpitude" as the WB alleges, but as punishment for insulting Lorre. After the news broke, Sheen tweeted, "You corporate trolls were warned. And now you've been served!"
