Dia De Los Muertos in Mesilla, New Mexico Next Weekend

Halloween isn’t just about dressing up for some candy, you can’t forget about Dia De Los Muertos and all the wonderful events taking place.

A Dia De Los Muertos celebration is once again being held in the plaza in La Mesilla. There will be lots of music, dancing, a parade, food, activities for the kids and art vendors galore. The celebration takes place on Friday, Oct. 28th from 12-6 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 29th from 12-4 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 30th 12-5 p.m with a procession to the San Albino Cemetery beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday.

The event is free to attend, but canned good donations are appreciated. The donations go to the local food bank in Las Cruces. Have a wonderful time at the celebration with the whole family.
