This is a historic election year. For the first time, a woman, is the candidate of a major party and has a really good chance of becoming the first female president of the United States. Then, we have Donald Trump. Enough said about that.

If you want to be a part of this election cycle, you need to be registered to vote. If you haven't registered to vote, you need to move it along and get that done, or you won't be able to vote for your presidential choice. You only have until next Tuesday, October the 11th to register to vote in this November’s election.

You can pick up a voter registration application at any post office, library, or high school and mail it in by October 11. If you want to do all this from home, just download the voter registration application, print it out, fill it out, and mail it in.

The address to mail in your application is El Paso County Registrar of Voters, 500 E. San Antonio Avenue, Room 314, El Paso Texas 79901-9902.
