Curse Of Daylight Saving Time!

Rue this day…
As much as I tried to not let it affect me…the time change did!
I found myself lethargic and just plain tired today because I kept waking up all night.

I tossed and turned when I went to bed early at 10p and woke up a couple hours later only to fall asleep an hour and a half later and then woke up tired and grumpy.
Today was filled with a sleepy head and yawns practically ever half hour…
