Crave to Open Fountains Location

Going local will soon be option when dining at the Fountains at Farah.

Crave Kitchen and Bar, a locally owned and operated "casual-fine dining restaurant," is one of several new restaurants opening at the Fountains at Farah in the coming months.

What makes this restaurant different from the others already at the Fountains or currently under construction there is that Crave will be the first El Paso restaurant group to lease space at the East side shopping center. All the rest are national brands.

The Fountains location will be the fourth for the local chain known for its Modern American menu consisting of comfort foods with an El Paso-type twist, such as green chile mac-n-cheese, or a breakfast burger with chorizo and a sunny side up egg.

There are currently two on the West Side and one on the far East side. The target opening date for the newest Crave Kitchen and Bar is this fall.

It will be located on the lower level across from Chipotle Mexican Grill.
