Hi Trish, heard your discussion this morning. Don’t worry about paying anything towards the costs the EL Paso Electric Company incurred –they billed ME!! – a wopping $1,000 …yes ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS on my last bill. When I called EPEC I was told my meter was accurate and I was going to have to pay that amount! I never consume that much even in the summer!!! I had to do lots of complaining to get some action so hopefully it will be resolved. I am hoping they will find out what went wrong cuz I don’t feel like covering El Paso Electrics Open Market expenses!

I can hear a soft spoken male, appears that’s not a harmful entity, but he’s not to happy that they are there, on the first EVP, I can not understand the first word or words, but I can hear “stop that”, and on the second one, it repeats that same frase “stop that”, I keep listening, but I’m not sure if the first part is “make them” followed by “stop that”, I know that Mike is very skeptical, I’m the one the sent you guys the photo of a soldier holding a baby, that Mike “could not tell” what it was, let me know, if that is what I hear, I wish I could be there with you guys.

I did not have water problems in my home, but to just know that Mayor John Cook was not here during the time of emergencey is really disheartening. Even if he had made those plans in advance, there are only a few posts in life that require one to hang around through a time of crisis. It was just wrong to leave your post Mayor Cook in the midst of the crisis. You’re right, you’re not a plumber, or a worker of technical skills where you would be key to any physical reperations. You should have, even than, stood by us while we were in despair, in need, in your charge. Your comment shows a lack of compassion and commitment to the people of El Paso. It shows you are just here to do a job, to get paid, to reap from your demi-celebrity status, to take. Perhaps you’ve had your fill as Mayor and are ready to move on and feel little desire to continue to fully apply your energy to the city. What a waste, you took a post where another would have done more, given more, been there. I know all these comments condemning your actions won’t change your opinion of what you did. The good thing is we all know about it, along with all the other stupid comments you’ve made in the past( like your comments of how you don’t know what to do about the escalating violence here in the El Paso-Juarez area, big talker, get to work!).

hi…well i just wanted to know how i can register for the superbowl trip…im a single mom of an 8 yr. old he is an eagles fan n they wont be going to superbowl and i have always promised him of a big superbowl party if his eagles go…but this experience would be good for him..eventhou they not going but just us being there at a game is a dream come true to any kid…plz let me know wen n were to register much thanks valerie
