Amnesty 2020 is coming to an end.

If you have unpaid traffic or parking tickets, or if a Class C Warrant has been issued by the city, El Paso Municipal Court is willing to forgive all the fees you've racked up but you only have the rest of this week to make it good.

From now through Saturday, March 7, the $50 warrant fee and 30% collection fee on all warrants will be waived as well as delinquency and collection fees on parking citations. After that, you will have to pay the original fine amount plus any and all delinquency fees and collection fees.

Once the amnesty period ends there are no plans for the El Paso Police Department to conduct a warrant roundup , but if the po-po ever does pull you over you run the risk of getting booked and/or forced to pay.

All bond office locations will be open Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with the exception of the downtown location which will open 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. All locations will be open Saturday, March 7, from 8 a.m. to Noon.
