The City of El Paso's Museum and Cultural Affairs Department is looking for artists to be a part of the upcoming Kidspalooza. They want you to demonstrate your art making and teaching expertise at their Festival of Makers during Kidspalooza.

Professional artists and art educators at Kidspalooza will help museum staff figure out what kids would like to create during the El Paso Musuem of Art's 2016 Summer Camp. My kids used to go to those camps and had a blast learning all kinds of different disciplines within the arts.

Artists can submit a camp proposal to apply for the opportunity to participate as a demonstrator at the festival. You'll need to develop a 'Make and Take' activity that can be done by kids at Kidspalooza, and then be expanded during the EPMA's summer camp. You need to be ready to interact with and answer questions from future students and their families.

Download and complete the application package here. Your proposal needs to be turned in by 5 p.m., Monday, February 29.
