City Hosting Free Halloween Carnivals at Rec Centers Across El Paso

Get your little one's costume ready because the City of El Paso Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting city-wide Halloween carnivals again this year.

The free, family friendly events will be taking place at 13 recreation centers across the city from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019. Halloween festivities will include various kid games and activities, jumping balloons, and costume contests in a safe family-friendly environment.
