El Paso's restaurant scene is about to grown by one. The brand new Chuy’s at the Fountains at Farah will officially open the doors of its first ever El Paso location on Tuesday, July 21.

The Austin-based Chuy’s is known for its “authentic” Tex-Mex dishes and monster burritos, as well as its funky decor, with features like the wall of local dog photos, a hubcap-covered ceiling, and an Elvis shrine,

Once opened, Chuy’s will serve lunch and dinner seven days a week with a weekday happy hour from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., complete with drink specials and the Fully Loaded Nacho Car – a complimentary, make-your-own nachos bar. Look for it on the lower level promenade of the Fountains next to Kona Grill.
