A tiny Chihuahua whose injuries were so severe, the Animal Service Center of the Mesilla Valley in Las Cruces considered euthanizing the months old puppy is not only alive and well but back in action thanks to a generous donation by an ESPN commentator, the From the Heart Rescue organization, and an El Paso family willing to give the disabled pup a forever home.
