Shopping on Black Friday used to be what everyone did after they stuffed themselves on Thanksgiving, but recently, there have been a lot of stores that opened on Thanksgiving to get people in the holiday shopping mood sooner as well as get them into actual stores instead of just sitting in front of their computers and shopping online.

This year, a number of large stores have announced that they will be closed on Thanksgiving. If you’re planning on shopping at these stores, you’ll have to wait until the day after Thanksgiving:
