FloraFEST is an amazing plant sale and fundraiser for the Chihuahuan Desert Gardens at UTEP. It is the biggest sale of native plants in the region, and if you need help planting a garden with plants that are designed to do well in our desert climate, this is the place to be.

Local Master Gardeners and other plant experts will be available to answer questions and give advice on how to care for the plants in your home. Most of the plants at this sale are not something you can buy at local nurseries.

You can even sit in on a lecture that will teach you how to plant a Hummingbird haven on Friday night, April 22, at 6 p.m. Other lectures include ‘How to Make a Terrarium’ on Saturday, April 23, at 2:00 p.m., and again on Sunday, April 24, at 2 p.m.
