These glow sticks aren't your typical boring glow sticks, these babies can be worn on your child's wrist or attached to their costume! With the help of these glow sticks, you can be sure children will be seen by motorists and homeowners throughout Halloween night.
The Military Veterans Association of the University of Texas at El Paso will be hosting a 2-mile run or 1-mile walk sponsored by the UTEP Army ROTC on October 31st from 6:00 p.m. - 7:20 p.m. at the UTEP P-9 Parking Pavillion
Monika spent some time at Spooktacular today and helped judge the costume contest. She was awesome enough to send me the following photos. Spooktacular will continue tomorrow from 10 am to 6pm and is brought to you by the Junior Women's Club of El Paso. Make sure to get there early and dress the kiddos up since the costume contest begins promptly at 1pm!
