Were you one of the thousands who woke up today to find you didn't have internet service? The problem might not be with your RoadRunner service. Yours could be one of about 64,000 computers in the U.S. not able to access the Internet because of a virus I warned you about over the weekend.

Although the special FBI site is no longer active, Time Warner can help. The Internet service provider says it has solutions in place to deal with the problem. "Time Warner Cable has set up its own DNS servers and any TWC customers infected will continue to be able to use the Internet," Time Warner's media rep told ABC News. Hit up customer service. They'll be happy to walk you through the fix. And next time, listen to your Uncle Mikey!
