Chef Michael Ross dropped by our KISS studios and brought us all an amazing lunch.
Knowing that I am not all that partial for red meat he made some super scrumptious crispy eggplant sandwiches which were heavenly!

He also brought mouthwatering dishes like chicken wrapped with bacon and stuffed jalapeños on a bed of penne pasta. Also, a shrimp pasta dish that was extraordinary, pork sandwiches that resembled a torta with yummi goodness inside, soup and Indonesian rice with Mango and bananas that was sweet and wonderful.
I have never been to Opus World Bistro but after today’s lunch time smorgasbord I will surely add it to my list!
