The El Paso Zoo will be hosting its popular Boo at the Zoo the weekend before Halloween this year.

On Saturday, October 28, and Sunday October 29, the zoo will transform into the wildest trick-or-treat spot in town with candy stations and all kinds of Halloween related activities.

For the cost of regular zoo admission, the kids can spend the day trick or treating in a safe environment partaking in various children's games and activities, and watching animals enjoy a Halloween treat of their own.

But the biggest treat of all is that they're super-sizing the not so scary fun by 2 hours. According the zoo's Facebook event page, Boo at the Zoo 2017 will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday.

And with all the Halloween related activities and family attractions such as the African Star Train, the Hunt Family Desert Spring splash pad, and the Foster Tree House Playground, your little goblin, Disney princess, or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle is going to need the extra time!

Zoo admission prices are $7.50 for children age 3-12, $12 for adults and $9.00 for active military and seniors. Admission for Zoological Society members is free.
