Freedom Crossing at Fort Bliss wants kids to get a close up look at some of the biggest trucks Ft. Bliss and El Paso has to offer.

To that end, the open air shopping center will be hosting its annual Truck Town on Saturday, Feb. 22.

The hands-on event -- open to all El Pasoans and their families not just military -- will showcase all kinds of big trucks kids can climb, honk the horn, and explore.

The lineup of trucks will be a mix of government, city, and business vehicles including military tanks, Border Patrol ATVs, and the Ghostbusters slime van, according to the event post.

There’s also going to be inflatables, face painting, and many other kid-friendly activities.

And here’s the best part: admission is free, all activities are free, and all the entertainment is free. Pretty much all you have to pay for is what you want to eat and drink.
