The musical gloves are off as more people are stepping up to show their support for both U.S. Representative for Texas's 16th congressional district, Beto O'Rourke, and Texas Senator, Ted Cruz. Ted Cruz was the first one to throw a punch in the form of song with his campaign song, "If You're Going to Run in Texas." Which of course has already been mocked many, many times.

Beto doesn't have an official song like Ted, but his fans are already working on songs for him. Recently, The Betones released 'The Beto Song' to show their appreciation for the change Beto is trying to bring to Texas.

Beto's song is easily catchier than Ted's due to the melody in my opinion, but I am not a musical expert. I am just really into the catchiness of music. Obviously, we won't see either of these guys in a rap battle anytime soon, so it is up to us as voters to share our opinion on their political music videos.
