Back To School Expo & The ’80s Party = Trapper Keepers [Video]

Since our ‘80s Party is fast approaching and the Back to School Expo is also happening a week apart this year it reminded me of when I would go shopping for school supplies in the ‘80s.

Who can forget the famous Trapper Keepers that held it all together with trusty Velcro!?

Today kids have the i-Pad, smart phones, tablets and all sorts of cool gadgets to keep all their notes together, but once upon a time we had to write it all down!

I know that in 2012 the advent of technology has made learning so much less painful than caring a million books and notebooks for that matter, but I have to say there was something about ripping open a Trapper Keeper and begin writing on a clean sheet of (college or regular ruled) paper that still makes my heart skip a beat!
