ASHTON TO CHARLIE, 'SHUT THE **** UP': It's been three years since CHARLIE SHEEN'S now infamous meltdown, and Charlie still hasn't been able to get over getting fired from "Two and a Half Men" and replaced with ASHTON KUTCHER.

Over the years he's blasted Kutcher time and time again on interviews and social media. Well, Ashton was on "Jimmy Kimmel" the other night, and he called Charlie out for continuing to slam him. After Kimmel asked him how things were going on the show and if people on the set ever say to him "thank you for not being Charlie," Kutcher said he had a message for Charlie, turned to the camera and said, "Dude, shut the [eff] up. Like, enough already. Like it's three years later and you're still blowing me up on Twitter. Come on, dude! Really?"

So yesterday Charlie tweeted out an apology ...

So it's all good between them now, right?  Maybe if  Sheen hadn't followed that tweet up with one threatening Ashton with bodily harm it would've been  ...

IS SELENA GOMEZ A DRUNK?!: This week, SELENA GOMEZ'S rep confirmed that Selena spent two weeks in rehab last month, but said it was not for substance abuse. Sources said to be in daily contact with The Biebz are now telling TMZ that’s a bunch of B.S.

They told the site Selena loved to get her drink on, and smoked as much weed Justin and his buddies. They also took issue with the accusation that Justin was a bad influence. TMZ says Justin believes Selena's parents threw that out there because they can’t’ stand him. Oh, and that “he's happy he's no longer with Selena because she's just too high maintenance and out of control.” Yes, that is a case of the pot calling the kettle black.

In other Selena related news ... It looks like she has more than a bratty ex-boyfriend to worry about; her stalker is baaaaa-ack. According to L.A.'s KTTV-TV, the Los Angeles Police Department's Threat Management Unit says she's facing another threat from a man who already has a restraining order against him. The unit is said to be actively searching for Thomas Brodnicki, who sent Gomez an email last month violating the restraining order.

The email reportedly included a time and place they could meet after the restraining order expires. The LAPD says that due to Brodnicki's prior death threats, it is essential that they find him to protect Gomez from physical harm.

TODAY IN JUSTIN BIEBER NEWS: JUSTIN BIEBER'S egging case is now in the hands of the D.A.'s office, and the cops are "strongly recommending" he be charged with a felony. Bieber is being accused by one of his neighbors of egging his home, which resulted in about $20,000 in damage. A decision on whether the D.A. will pursue the case is expected in about a week.

Meanwhile … a shirtless Bieb was spotted partying with DIDDY at an Atlanta soiree late Wednesday. Despite all his legal woes, Justin appeared carefree in the company of his latest female companion, Chantel Jeffries, who was riding shotgun when he was arrested in Miami and charged with driving under the influence.
