‘Food Truck Throwdown’ to Feature Local Bands and Over 50 Food Trucks

Many of the most popular food trucks from El Paso and the surrounding area will converge on Anthony, Texas this weekend for two days of live music, cold brews, and some of the best food anywhere.

The 2nd Annual Gateway to Texas Food Truck Throwdown set for Saturday, September 17 and Sunday, September 18, will feature live music performances from some of El Paso’s most popular bands, including MainStreet and Tropicalismo Apache, and over 50 food trucks competing for cash prizes and the title of "Texas’ Best in the Southwest."

With so many food trucks there you know there’s going to be something for everyone’s palette. Cuisine options will run the gamut — from hot dogs and hamburgers to tacos, Thai, barbecue, and so much more, so go hungry!

Admission: $2.00, kids 13 and under get in free
