Another “Breaking Bad” Star Helping His Co-Star in New Mexico Election
Steven Michael Quezada, also known as Steven Gomez on the hit series “Breaking Bad,” announced his campaign for Bernalillo County Commissioner in Albuquerque, New Mexico back in July, and now his co-star is helping him out.
He is already a comedian and a member of the Albuquerque School board, and told the Associated Press that he plans to make positive changes for the community that includes the South Valley of Albuquerque.
Quezada is already a well-known outspoken member of the community. He spoke at an Albuquerque gathering and discussed how the city fights crime and what else could be done to fight it. He hopes the city will welcome him with open arms during this race. Now that he is fully on the ballot, his co-star Dean Norris who played DEA Agent Hank Schrader on the show, is backing his friend. He is making sure people know the importance of voting and getting registered and is backing the vote for Quezada.
