When I first started at KISS last December, I decided to get on a juice diet. I saw a documentary on "rebooting" your body with vegatable juice. Many people call it the "mean green" juice due to its dark green color. The juice consists of kale, cucumber, celery, green apples, and lemon juice.  I first tired to live only on the juice but that was too challenging. I later modified my diet to include lots of raw vegetables. I still have about 25 more pounds to lose. How about you? Tell me you diet story below!!
