Marc and Ana Houde, owners of the now defunct Anamarc College, are selling their high-end million dollar Upper Valley El Paso home. According to the real estate website Zillow, the 5,892 square foot house on Little Lane is being listed for $1,250,000. That gets you 5 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, Italian marble and wood flooring, a huge family room and game room. It also has a lap pool, swimming pool, and mother-in-law house.

The privately owned school shut its doors seemingly out of the blue in late June citing financial instability -- even though records uncovered by KFOX14 showed that between its three campuses, Anamarc generated “close to $10 million in federal financial aid and Pell grants in the 2012-2013 school year.”
