Alfresco Fridays Returns to Downtown El Paso – 2013 Schedule

Alfresco! Fridays returns to downtown El Paso beginning this Friday. The immensely popular free music series will once again feature fresh-air performances from local bands playing various genres of music on most Friday evenings in the Arts Festival Plaza, between the Plaza Theatre and El Paso Museum of Art, from now to the end of September.

The fun officially kicks off this Friday at 6:00 PM with Banda Jerezana De Don Nicho Ayala Sitio. But if banda isn't your thing, no worries, with 19 free concerts scheduled this season there's sure to be a Friday evening or three that is your cup of tea. This year's official lineup includes many borderland favorites including Fungi Mungle, Radio la Chusma, Frontera Bugalo, Brown Betty, and Azucar
