You don' t have to be a sweet transvestite from Transexual, Transylvania to do The Time Warp again, but you're more than welcome to dress as one for the Alamo Drafthouse's Rocky Horror Picture Show Movie Party.

In celebration of the granddaddy of interactive movies entering its fourth decade as a cult classic, the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema will be hosting a special screening this Friday night, Feb. 23, at 7:30 p.m.

Initially considered a flop when it was released in 1975, RHPS holds the record for the longest theatrical run, never having been out of some form of limited release since its premiere.

The Drafthouse crew promises a rowdy good time "with thrilling props, the most outrageous callbacks, boisterous singing along, and stimulating pre-show games." And as is customary at any Rocky Horror screening, costumes and loud singing isn't just welcomed, it's encouraged.

You can find more info on Friday's movie party and a link to reserve your tickets online HERE. But click on it before it sells out or your Dr. Frank N Furter costume will have to remain in the closet until next time.
