Adopt a Soldier For Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is a little over a week away, and if you want to do something really nice for a soldier, why don't you adopt one for Turkey Day?

My family and I have been adopting soldiers for about eight years now, ever since Ryan joined the military.  I'm ashamed to say that before that, I never really thought about the men and women in uniform who needed a nice place to be during the holidays.

But it has become a tradition in our house to invite a couple of soldiers to enjoy Thanksgiving with us, and I hope it will become a tradition with you as well.  It's super easy - all you do is go to https://www.bliss.army.mil/AdoptASoldier and click on the bouncing turkey!

And make sure you take pictures, and email them to me at tricia@ksii.com, so we can include them in a gallery after Thanksgiving!
