A Night In Morocco Tomorrow In El Paso! Don’t Miss This Great Event!

El Paso Villa Maria invites you to their 5^th anniversary celebration event called “A Night in Morocco” on Saturday, September 22!

"El Paso Villa Maria, a nonprofit organization, is a residence where women transition from crisis to self-sufficiency while living within a beautiful, safe, supportive and spiritual community.  Located in south El Paso, Villa Maria opened its doors in February 2007 and has assisted nearly 300 women in the last five years.  Villa Maria is the only transitional living center in the community entirely dedicated to serving single women who are homeless.

Each woman entering Villa Maria is provided with a safe and supportive environment and individual case management to ensure that she has every opportunity to regain physical, mental and spiritual strength.   Villa Maria facilitates access to the following services:  medical care, education, job training, mental health services and employment opportunities through an on–staff case manager.  The goal is that each woman is prepared for employment, self sufficiency and family reunification.  The majority of  women who reside at Villa Maria leave the program renewed, better equipped to face life’s daily challenges and with a greater sense of self–worth."
