A woman in an SUV hit a 6-year-old girl in the street and before she took off from the scene, got out of her truck and moved her onto the sidewalk.  Let’s help El Paso Police find this horrible woman.

It was late Monday afternoon when Genesis Galicia ran into the street on Sea Breeze Drive near East Glen Drive.  According to police, she was not at an intersection or in a crosswalk when she was hit by a dark-colored SUV with tinted windows.

Instead of stopping to help the little girl, the driver of the SUV, described only as a young woman who may have been wearing a tank top with the Dallas Cowboys emblem on it, got out of the vehicle, moved Genesis to the sidewalk and took off.

Genesis is in the hospital with serious injuries and is in stable condition.

I cannot believe that someone would be so heartless and unfeeling as to drag a little girl to the sidewalk and then take off without finding out if she was ok.  This person needs to be found and arrested.

Please help find the woman who hit little Genesis.  If you have any information about the woman who was driving the SUV, please call El Paso Police at 915-832-4400 or to remain anonymous call Crime Stoppers at 915-566-8477 (TIPS).
