The Borderland is no stranger to spicy, delicious foods, but sometimes we bite off more than we can chew and it's HOT.

When you have something too hot to handle, what is the best thing to cool down your mouth? These dudes try some myths that we all have heard. But which ones actually worked?

Milk, peanut butter and sugar all help, but it is still believed that milk is the best at cooling a hot mouth. There are proteins in milk that break down the heat. Some things I have never heard of for mouth coolants are avocados and toothpaste. Not together, yuck, but supposedly the fatty acids in the avocado help cool things down and the mint in the toothpaste as well. I'll take their word for it.
