25th Annual Bataan Memorial Death March Set For March 20th in White Sands

The Bataan Memorial Death March is set for March 20^th, 2016 on the White Sands Missile Range Base.

The Bataan Memorial Death March is a challenging march through the high desert terrain of White Sands Missile Range, conducted in honor of the heroic service members who defended the Philippine Islands during World War II, sacrificing their freedom, health and, in many cases, their very lives.

It is a spectacle to see and even more of an honor to be a part of. The march starts in the early morning at 6 a.m. with the National Anthem, this year again being sung by our very own Patty Campos.

If you wish to participate, there are two routes to choose from. One route for the more skilled marchers and the other for the ones that wish to be there paying their tribute to the service members that lost their lives that day.
