2012 Social Media Symposium! What Happens Now??!

If you are wondering what happens now with the 2012 Social Media Tourism Symposium let me sum it up for you.

Tomorrow Milwaukee and the Pocono Mountains will battle it out and then once that winner is announced the SoMe organizers will evaluate which city whether El Paso or tomorrows winner will fit the conference best.

They will be looking into hotel accommodations as well as meeting spaces and much more. Keep in mind that this is huge and it will draw hundreds of companies and folks from other tourism organizations that will all convene in one city.

El Paso we have done our job – we have showed the Symposium organizers that we would love to host the conference with open arms.

Now our fate lies in their hands – Until the final decision comes through – I say Congratulations everyone…we are winners already!
