Great music has no expiration date and this includes the following list of great ’80s music albums that were released back in 1985.

1985 was a decade of glamour, excess and possibilities.

In 1985 the average income per year was $22,100 while the average monthly rent was about $375.

The now iconic film, Back to the Future was released on July 3, 1985, and became the most successful movie of the year, grossing more than $383 million worldwide.

That same year Michael Jackson bought every Beatles Song for $47 million dollars and Coca-Cola messed with their original formula and introduced New Coke to bad reviews and 6 months later returned to the original formula.
