Tuesday morning about 8:30 a.m., Sherriff White was parked when he heard a radio call for a stolen silver Dodge truck. Just by chance as the call came through Officer White spotted a silver Dodge truck speeding by. He then proceeded to pull up on the 13-year-old to pull him over, he wasn't stopping for no one and continued speeding away.

He lead the police on a high speed chase through Torrance County. He almost struck two homeless people and disregarded all traffic signs. He got onto I-40 and lead the police on a high speed chase for nearly 15 minutes at speeds topping 100 mph.

After the 15 minutes and driving through a field in attempts to lose the police, the truck gave out and he came to a stop, police apprehended him without any struggle and he was detained until his parents picked him up. Charges are still pending.
