1,000 Pounds of Trash Dumped Near NE School

Someone dumped a thousand pounds of trash in the desert in Northeast El Paso.  Guess who's going to pay to clean it up?  YOU!

Yeah, when people do stupid things like dump trash illegally, the City has to go in and clean up their mess, and that means you and I are footing the bill. 

The mess in question was about 700 square feet of disgustingness.  To put that in perspective, that's about the size of a decent sized apartment worth of construction materials, a couch, trash bags, and old wood. 

So why should you care about this, other than the fact that we'll be paying to clean up somebody else's filth?  You should care because you could make some money!
